Lucille Kolodzey Lucille Kolodzey, 87, of Austin died August 17, 2008 in Austin. Funeral services are set for 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 21 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Goliad. Pastor Magdalene Holm-Roesler with Holy Cross, Austin, will officiate. Burial will follow in Glendale Lutheran Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at St. John's Lutheran Church. Lucille was born December 23, 1920 in Goliad to William and Emma Bruchmiller. She was preceded in death by her husband Joseph Kolodzey Sr, her parents, her siblings Freda Lang, Ida Steinmetz and Al, Arno, Bob, Edwin, Herbert and Nelson Bruchmiller and her grandson Austin McMaster. She is survived by her brother, Joe Bruchmiller; daughter and son-in-law, Pam and Bob Erstling; son, Larry; daughter and son-in-law, Karen and John McMaster; granddaughter, Morgan as well as many other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.

I met Mrs. Kolodzey 40+ years ago when they moved onto our street and I became friends with Pam. Mrs. Kolodzey always had a smile on her face and loved all us kids. She was a wonderful woman and will be missed by all of us. Jeri and Tommy
