Sandra Faith "Cissy" Lipscomb, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, passed away on July 10, 2015 at the age of 77 in her home in Georgetown, Texas surrounded by her family. As one of Michele's high school friends, I have many fond memories of Cissy Lipscomb. She was a wonderful mother and her home was always the place we wanted to be. I am so sorry to hear about her passing. Her entire family is in my thoughts and prayers.
