Doris,
I remember when Susan first had cancer at age 14. When you were ask how you were able to deal with it, you introduced us to the poem "Footprints" and you said you were depending on Jesus to carry you through the ordeal. That is the only way to get through this great loss. You will surely be comforted by the good memories you have of your very special daughter. Praying the Lord will give you assurance of His love, His presence, and His daily care for you.

Alexis, Please accept my condolences. I can't imagine what you must be feeling right now, but I want you to know my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I pray that the care and love of those around you provide comfort and peace through the days ahead. I admire your strength and want you to know I am truly sorry for the loss of your mother. I know you made her proud during this tough part in your life. Continue to stay strong in her honor.
