William Hercel Thompson William Hercel Thompson, 67, of Georgetown Passed away May 1, 2007, in an Austin hospital. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 5, 2007, at 2:00 p.m., in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bill Schibbler officiating. Burial will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery, under the direction of Riley Funeral Home in Hamilton. Mr. Thompson was born December 24, 1939, in Hamilton, Texas, to the late Mr. and Mrs. James Horace Thompson Sr. He Married Brenda Ruth Thompson in Seminole, Texas, on April 22, 1962. Mr. Thompson worked as a salesman for many years in the Georgetown and Austin areas. He was a member of the Cuero Masonic Lodge # 409 and was a dedicated Mason. Mr. Thompson served his Country in the United States Army and was a Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Thompson of Georgetown; two daughters, Jennie Danette Bermea and her husband Robert of San Marcos. Texas, and Ruth Ann Hudson and her husband David of Katy, Texas; two grandchildren, Autumn Burmea of San Marcos, Texas, Destiny Elena Hudson of the Home; one sister, Betty Gene Ogle of Longview, Texas; three brothers, James Cleo Thompson of Hamilton, Vernon Benjamin Thompson of Hamilton, and Bobby Thompson of Hamilton.
