Ruby "Sis" Bass Malcolm, 85, of Troutman passed away on Friday, January 19th, 2024. She was born on March 21st, 1938, in Iredell County to the late Robert Bass and Mary Lipe Bass.
Ruby was a great person and loved to help others.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Paul "Dean" Malcolm and a brother, David Bass.
Left to cherish her memory include a sister-in-law, Carolyn Bass; a grand-niece, Misty Bass; special cousins and a great grandniece, Abigal Carpenter.
A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2024, at Troutman Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Talmadge Hollar officiating. Burial will follow at Wesley Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
