I miss you very much. It's not a coincidence that I dreamt of you and my mom , you looked and me and smiled your beautiful smile, said nothing, just smiled ..the night of January 9th 2026....I was then reminded of your passing via an email from Legàcy Jan 11.

My favorite and most respected uncle. I always admired your personality, brilliance, kind heart, and wit as a child and even more thru my adult life. My memories of you are all positive which reflects the person that you are. You will be truly missed but your morals, advice, and good traits will be carried on thru the family. Thank you uncle Danny for being the best uncle possible. May eternal peace be yours with the Lord, my mom, Jimmy and Lil' grandma and grandpa. You are truly an inspiration to "Live life to the fullest". You were teased about changing career paths again and again but now I understand...find yourself and be happy in life no matter what.

Rest in peace Daniel. You were such a caring and compassionate nurse (and person)! I truly enjoyed working with you on a professional level, but when the illness struck, I saw you on a more personal level. You were a very genuine man, the kind anyone should aspire to be! If the world were filled with more people like you, it would be a much better place! I admired your professionalism, even in the face of adversity. You are truly missed and I give my deepest sympathies to your family during this time of sorrow. You are home now, in pain no longer. I hope that is some comfort for those you left behind. Thank you for being so caring and compassionate! God bless you!

God bless you in heaven, Daniel. Rest in peace. I will always remember your inspiration to me, as a nurse practitioner and as a sincere friend. You were my colleague when I first moved to Jacksonville and then again. You were kind and supportive in good times and bad. The last time we spoke, you reminded me of the importance of loving family and friends. I pray that God will provide comfort for your family.
