Frank J. Fazio Sr. died unexpectedly on July 7, 2010, at Flagler Hospital at the age of 84. Frank is survived by his wife of 58 years, Helen Curlee Fazio. Frank and Helen have two children, Frank Joseph Fazio Jr. and Carmen Fazio Fralix; three grandchildren, Frank Joseph Fazio III "Trey", Kristina Carmen Fazio Stevens and Amy Nicole Fralix; and four great-grandchildren, Landon Stevens, Layton Stevens, Avery Jane Stevens and Cason Perry, all of St. Augustine.
Frank was the first-born son of Italian immigrants Salvatore Fazio and Carmen Tringali Fazio. Frank's surviving brothers include, Dominick, James, Johnny, Joseph, Sam, and Victor.
Frank's life centered around his family, friends, and the seafood industry. Frank was a commercial fisherman for many years. He will forever be remembered for his generosity, his love of family and friends and his shrimping trawlers, which were always named "The Breadwinner."
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday at Craig Funeral Home.

OMG I will miss Frank and his smile, his fishouse, the old afternoon poker room in the back waiting for the boats :-), My dad, George my brother David and I Mike loved and still do all of you guys.
