She is survived by her mother, Ruth Brown Snider, and her father, Ralph B. Snider; grandparents Joe and Betty Brown; great aunt Doby Alexander and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
She was a shining light, a musical treasure and a joy to all. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
The family will hold a graveside services today at 11 a.m. at Ponte Vedra Valley Cemetery, 4750 Palm Valley Road, Ponte Vedra Beach.
The service will be conducted by Dr. Jonas Trinidad.
Following the internment, a memorial service will be held at Trinity Episcopal Parish, 215 St. George St., St. Augustine, at 1 p.m. The service will be celebrated by Mother Susan Claytor.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Josie Snider Memorial Fund would be greatly appreciated.
Hiers-Baxley Funeral Home of Ocala, Fla. is in charge of the arrangements.

Dearest Ralph and Family, Our Hearts and Prayers go out to you in this time of sorrow. Ralph I know that beautiful little girl was your world and the apple of your eye. You always lit up everytime you talked about her. I know you loved her with all of your heart. And she will always love and watch over you as you always have her.
