Mark, I just learned of Kerrianne's death and I am stunned and so, so sad. She was vivacious, loving, caring of others, and we had just had a fun visit, viewing some houses, and talking about "the old days" before I moved to St. Aug. How I wish I had been there to play the harp for her! She'll always be a living, bright presence in our minds and hearts...

To Kerrianne's family -I am still in shock and deeply saddened to hear of your tremendous loss. My husband and I had the honor and privilege to work with Kerrianne as a realtor. As a result we grew to truly love and admire her. She was an amazing, witty, intelligent woman who loved her family and she really was shining star. I know things will never be the same without her. We send you our condolences and prayers for all of you.

What a privilege it was to be in the presence of such a remarkable woman. Her infectious smile and crazy stories always made my day. I am honored to have known her, and saddened terribly to have lost her, before her time. I hope she is looking down upon us all and smiling knowing just how loved she was.

Mark and family, I have just found out the news of Karrianne's passing and my heart is breaking. She always greeted me with a smile and positive energy. I just recently hugged her at Bob's funeral. I am far away from St Augustine right now otherwise I would make a personal call on you and your family. She meant so much to me. I know your hearts r breaking also. She was a great lady.

What a wonderful woman. My family and I worked with Kerrianne many times buying homes. It was a family affair with kerrianne at the helm. We shared stories about our children and their lives. I loved meeting and hearing tales of Harper and then Hadley. They were the stars in her eyes. We are all so sadden at her passing and our thoughts and prayers are with all those who loved her.
