Sylvia Connell Obituary
Sylvia Inez Connell, age 69, lifelong resident of St. Augustine, Florida, passed away unexpectedly in Shands Hospital on June 7, 2015. She was surrounded by her loving husband of 42 years, Carl Connell; her daughter, Cyndi Haworth and husband, Greg; son, David Connell; stepson, Carl C. Connell and wife Beatriz; and stepdaughter, Cheryl Connell. Her passing was peaceful.
Sylvia lived her life with compassion for others and was selfless and forgiving in all things, always putting others before herself. She was a true role model for all who knew her.
A memorial celebration will be held to honor her life at 3 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2015, at The Rod and Gun Club on Game Club Road in St. Augustine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Wolfson Children"s Hospital, 800 Prudential Dr., Jacksonville, FL 32207 or SAFE Pet Rescue, P.O. Box 840215, St. Augustine, FL 32080.
