Beloved husband of 48 years to June Monaghan O'Sullivan; son of the late Dr. George A. and Marie Riley O'Sullivan; loving father of Dan Jr. (Suzanne), Jody (Christina), Sally (Steve) Reynolds, Marie (Dave) Reynolds, George (Kris), Laura, Bill (Stephanie) and Timothy (Cathy) O'Sullivan; grandfather of Daniel III, Joseph, Andrew, George, Anthony, Michael, Patrick, Jeremy, Riley, Duncan, Holly, Eileen, Daniel, Erin, Darby, Delaney, Emmett, Andrew, Colin, Taylor, Sarah and Liam; loving brother of Kathie, George and the late Walter O'Sullivan; dear uncle, cousin, doctor and friend to all.Services: Funeral Mass Fri., 10 a.m. at St. Clement of Rome Catholic Church, 1510 Bopp Rd., from KREIGSHAUSER WEST Mortuary, 9450 Olive St. Rd. 9:30 Interment Calvary Cemetery. Dear O'Sullivan's - What a great loss for everyone who knew Dr. Dan. I have many fond memories of him from St. Anthony's when I was a volunteer over the summers. He used to call me the "little red-headed girl". I know that he and my Dad are looking down right now and planning their next prank! Your are in my thoughts and prayers -
