Morris, Emilie Alison was born September 22, 1979, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Richard and Joan (nee Trommler) Morris, and passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 4th, 2014, at the age of 35 years, 1 month, and 13 days. Emilie is survived by her daughter, Jane, her son, Kevin, her sister, Andrea, her brother-in-law, Chad, her parents, Joan and Richard, and many other relatives and friends. Emilie graduated from Lindbergh High School in 1997 and went on to receive a Bachelor of Arts in English from Lindenwood University, where she excelled in both athletics and academics. Emilie was an artist and a musician, as well as a comedian. She took great pride in everything to which she set her mind, from competing in races to devoting herself to her family. She could light up a room with her charisma, and bring laughter and joy to friends and strangers alike. Services: Emilie's beautiful spirit will be celebrated at a visitation service on Friday, November 7th 2014, 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Oak Hill Funeral Home, 10301 Big Bend Road, Kirkwood, MO 63122. A private family service will be held Saturday, November 8th. Memorials may be made to the Salvation Army or St. Lucas UCC.
