George Beattie Adderton

Adderton, George Beattie Passed away on Saturday March 25, 2017 at the age of 94. George was born in Clayton, Missouri and he attended Clayton schools. He was part of the U.S. Army for Occupation after World War II. George joined his brother, Walter, at Adderton Brokerage Company and it became his life's work. George was a caring and generous man with a wonderful sense of humor. His children Chris (Cathy), Doug, Kristin (Andy) Dielmann and Scott, as well as his grandchildren Peter, Caty (Matt) Moser and George Connell were blessed to have him as a father and grandfather. He left them a legacy of integrity, kindness and belief in Jesus Christ as Savior. George married Karen in 1967. He gave his family a wonderful life and Karen was honored to be his wife and help him in his final years. He will be missed by his family and his many faithful friends from all walks of life. He lived his life well and his Spirit will be with us always. Services: A Memorial Service will be conducted at Ladue Chapel Presbyterian Church, 9450 Clayton Rd., Ladue, on Friday May 12, at 1 pm. A reception will follow the service.
