Helen Taylor Obituary

Helen Ritter Taylor, beloved mother, stepmother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on March 26th 2024 at the age of 89. She was born in St. Louis Missouri and lived for 35 years in Sarasota Florida where she created cherished memories with family and friends. Helen was preceded in death by her adoring husband, Robert W. Taylor, and her sisters, Marjorie Ritter Reimers and Eileen Ritter Geeson.

Helen is survived by her devoted children, Jennifer Taylor Thornhill (Covington LA) and Todd Fording Taylor (St. Louis MO), as well as her stepchildren, Susan Taylor, and Lynda Taylor. She was also cherished by her grandchildren, Ryan D'Alton and LeeAnn D'Alton Shea. Helen also adored her great-grandson Andrew D'Alton

Throughout her life, Helen was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. Her memory will forever be cherished by all who were fortunate enough to have known her. Her family is forever grateful for the wonderful support from her caregivers and in particular, to the staff at Desoto Palms Assisted Living in Sarasota Florida.
