This is many many years after the anniversary of Janet’s death. We miss her all the time. Her laugh you could hear all across the NICU. I still many times can nit believe she is nit with us any more. Our lives are missing a lot without her hugs to joe and the girls. Love Linda Wenger

I worked with Janet at SMHC a long time ago. She was one of my favorites. A very sweet, kind, funny girl. Life is funny how sometimes you remember things about someone that you hadn't seen in a long time. I wore a pair of red shoes to work one time and Janet said to me, you must have a lot of money. She told me that when she was a young girl her mother told her that when a woman wore red shoes they must be rich. We laughed about it. To this day when I see a woman wearing red shoes I instantly think of Janet. I sent her a card when I heard she was sick, I hope she got it b/c I wanted her to know that I felt bad and that I was praying for her. I am so sorry for all of you, losing her way too young. Dear Joe, there just aren't words to express what is in my heart. Janet was such a precious person and will be missed so desperately by all who knew her. She had such a generous spirit and appreciated every little thing. I am so glad I had the privilege of researching her genealogy and getting to know her even better. Jana and I will be closing the office Thursday morning to be with you and your family. You are in our hearts and in our prayers.

I will always have a void in my heart for a wonderful nurse and caring friend.you brightened my day and always asked about my children who resided in the NICU. ALL I can say is "I hurt" and I thank God for allowing our paths to cross. RIP.

Janet and I worked at St. Mary's in Richmond Heights for many years. She was a dear friend and my wife's cousin. Just last evening Gail (Noftsinger) and I were talking about Janet and all the young adults, children, and toddlers running around today who had this lovely woman as their nurse. She will be missed greatly by all, and our sympathies go out to her family.
