Beloved wife of the late Robert Soaib; dear daughter of the late Timothy and Josephine Collins; dear sister of the late Margaret, Timothy and Dolores; much loved aunt, great-aunt, Godmother, sister-in-law and friend. Joan was a kind hearted, never met a stranger and was a friend to all. She loved to sing and dance and will be missed by many. Services: Funeral from KUTIS CITY CHAPEL, 2906 Gravois, Monday, May 21, 10:00 a.m. to St. Vincent Depaul Catholic Church for 10:30 a.m. Interment JB National Cemetery. Member of St. Agnes Drum & Bugle Corps and Ladies of Charity at St. Vincent Depaul. In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Vincent Depaul's Catholic Church appreciated. Visitation Sunday, 3-8 p.m.
