Beloved husband of Kathryn "Kay" Darpel (nee Zieroff) for over 59 years; dearest father of Karen Darpel, Mary (Chris) Doehring, Janet (Michael) Leigh and Joseph III (Katey) Darpel; loving grandfather of Kelly and Colleen Crutsinger, Chris, Kathryn and Ryan Doehring, Caroline and Courtney Leigh, Joseph IV and James "J.J." Darpel. Our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.
Services: Funeral Mass at St. Peter Catholic Church (Kirkwood) on Thursday, May 27, at 10:30 a.m. Private Interment at Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery for family only. In lieu of flowers, Masses preferred or memorials to DAV appreciated. KUTIS AFFTON SERVICE
