I just wanted to express my sincere
condolences to all of you for the
loss of your mother. I will always
remember her as a friend and someone
you could go to when you needed someone to talk to. She lived with
us when I was a teenager, and she
made life a little easier.
I will always remember her as a
person who saw the glass as being
half full, instead of half empty.
She will be missed.

Julie,
I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your wonderful mother. Over the years, I wondered many times where she was and how she was doing. I never even knew her last name to attempt to track her down. I will always remember how good she was to me when I would go home with you when we lived in Washington Park. Please be strong and you, Danny and Sherri have so many cherished memories, something some people will never have. Please tell Bob that life is for the living and he should go forward, that is what your mother would want him to do.
Love,
Rosemary Oseguera (Rivera)

In My Pocket
I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.
My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.
They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.
Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
But of all the treasures I have, it’s the memories of you that are the most precious.
