Impellizzeri, Leonardo "Len" Francis

Leonardo "Len" Francis Impellizzeri III, 86, of St. Louis, MO passed away peacefully on Ash Wednesday, March 5th, 2025, in Louisville, KY surrounded by family.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leonardo I and Mariuzza Impellizzeri, and Paul and Clara Schuchardt, parents Leonardo Impellizzeri II and Fern Schuchardt, and brother Paul "Jerry" Impellizzeri. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Melinda Pisani Impellizzeri, sister Marie "Toni" Gross, children Lenny Impellizzeri, Sharon Impellizzeri Haskell, Philip Impellizzeri and Marisa Impellizzeri Newman, 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Visitation for the Impellizzeri family will be 3pm to 7pm Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at Pearson's, 149 Breckenridge Lane, Louisville, Ky 40207.

Funeral mass will be celebrated 9:30am Thursday, March 13, 2025, at St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church, 1104 South Sixth Street, Louisville, Ky, 40203, with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville.
