You always seemed so glad to see us when we came home to St. Louis, calling my husband, Ed,....... the Admiral! Rest in peace, Mr. Klaric.

In every crowded Croatian get together, I could always count on Uncle Matt to be a smiling, calming presence. I remember being at the Croatian church when I was little, terribly frightened by the crowds of strangers, and Uncle Matt swooping me up in his arms. When I was older, he always welcomed me with a hug, and often a bad joke. Matt was a great leader of the family -- giving, protective … -- and I will miss him greatly. Best of love, Teresa

To the Klaric Family, I met Matt while he was at Surrey Place. I enjoyed sitting and visiting with him while visiting with my own father
( Wayne )... Matt and my dad had a good friendship even though they only new each other for a short time. They just seemed to click. My thoughts and prayers to your family during this time of sorrow.

I delivered meals on wheels to your parents on Mondays for several years. They were my first stop and I could have stayed and visited with them all day.My sympathy to the Klaric family during this time of sorrow.
