Johnson, Patsy Jean Autenrieth
known to her loved ones as Pat, peacefully passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 87, in Dallas, TX. She was born on July 5, 1936, in St. Louis, Missouri.
She was a member of the First Congregational Church of Webster Groves. She attended Southern Methodist University and also attended the University of Colorado in Boulder. She was a member of the Alpha Phi Sorority. She loved playing bridge, gardening, tennis and a good cocktail hour. One of her favorite activities each year was helping at the Lions 4th of July Carnival in Webster Groves.
Pat worked in retail for many years at The Station in Webster Groves and at Talbots, Inc. in Frontenac Plaza.
She is survived by her son Bill and his wife, Kathy, and by her daughter, Suzie Karraker, and her husband, Bill. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Paige Johnson, Adam Karraker and his fiancee', Sara Wright, Celeste Karraker and Neil Karraker. She is also survived by one great-granddaughter, Aylin Karraker.
A private memorial service will be held to honor Pat's life and legacy. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Dementia Society of America in Pat's name.
Pat will be remembered for her kind heart, gentle spirit and love of a good time with her friends and family. She brought joy and love to those around her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
May her soul rest in eternal peace.
