Dr Hugh Ritter did. Y hysterectomy and I was probably a patient of his for a good 20 years. One time I could not get in with Hugh and got in with Paul. They were both. Fabulous drs and so kind and patient. My irk friend worked for them and highly recommended them. I was so sorry to learn of Hugh's passing in November and then of Paul's passing recently. I am sure they are having a joyous reunion in heaven as I type this.

As a single woman who definitely wanted children some day, I am blessed that Dr. Ritter was the surgeon who was in charge of my surgery. Knowing that I was in danger of losing my uterus, Dr Ritter prayed for guidance during my surgery. God answered and because of Dr. Ritters obedience, I am now married and have 18 year old twin girls. I am forever in debt to Dr. Ritter. What a gentle, kind man. Blessings to his family.

Dr Ritter was a blessing to me. He saved my ability to have children through his prayer during my surgery. Because of his obedience to God's voice, I now have 18 year old twin girls. I owe it to Dr. Ritter. Blessings to his family.

I asked Dr. Ritter why he chose obstetrics and he replied "what other profession allows you to witness a miracle almost every day?" Rest in peace, Paul Ritter. You were a miracle worker, indeed. God bless you, Mrs. Ritter, and your wonderful family.

When I was a young woman I worked and lived at the Ritter home. They prayed my fiance Gene, now my husband of seventy years, home safely from WWII. they treated me like family. Paul did not like school as a young boy but he grew into a good man like brother Hubert.Their sister Lil was a great friend. Their parents were rightly proud. Our prayers are with you.

It was my privilege to work with Dr. Ritter at the OB/GYN clinic at Deaconess Hospital for many years. He was an excellent doctor and teacher. He was also a man of deep faith, and he wasn't ashamed to share it. Enjoy your reward for a life well-lived, Dr. Ritter!

We will always remember the many wonderful times we shared in Florida and St. Louis with Dr. Paul, a man of many gifts and talents. Always willing to help, he blessed us with his musical talents (both singing and flute) at Christian Retreat and we were honored to have him serve on our ministry's board of directors for many years. He left a legacy of wisdom and guidance that will continue to bless future generations. He will be greatly missed. Our love and prayers to Paula, who stood so faithfully by his side, and the family. May God's peace and joy be your strength at this time.

I am praying for Dr Paul and Dr Hugh today, and thanking God for their skills in helping to deliver our children into this world at St Mary's hospital. I am sure God is richly rewarding them for their years of assisting to bring these precious newborns into the world.

I will always remember Dr. Ritter as a sweet kind and compassionate man that was a friend to everyone he came in contact with. He was always so kind and friendly to my Uncle while they were both residents at Mari De Villa. I will miss seeing him at church coming in the side door in those beautiful bright sports jackets especially the yellow one! Paula my prayer is that the Lord will continue to fill your heart with the fond loving memories of the 60 years of joyful times you spent with your dear Paul. Please smile Paula as you celebrate not only his legacy but a life well lived in Christ. I will continue to pray for you and your family during this transitional time as the Lord continually surrounds you with the presence of his peace.

Dr. Ritter was a family friend and delivered both of my sons...now both good men, 1 a police officer and the other working in management for Walgreens. It was a privilege to be one of his patients and he will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with his family at this, most difficult time.

I never had the opportunity to meet Dr. Ritter personally but he brought me into this world 48 years ago on November 25, 1966 at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond Heights, Mo. My parents told me he was a good Christian man that cared about his patients. My thoughts and prayers are with the Ritter family.

I had the privilege of being one of Dr Paul's patients back in the 60s. He was so kind and soft spoken. Oddly enough, Dr. Hugh delivered all 4 of my children & Dr Paul accused me of liking his brother more than him -- he was a character whom I very much enjoyed and appreciated. Today is my eldest son's birthday and I was just thinking of the Ritter brothers. Very sorry to see that Dr. Hugh also passed away. Sending blessings and God's comfort to the family and thank you, Paula, for sharing your husband with the women who needed him, also.
