I doesn't seem possible it has been four years. Although I was not in St. Louis at the time, I was deeply sad to hear of his passing. Ray was a lovely man who I met and worked with many years ago. He was brilliant, kind, adored his wife and girls, was gentle, yet unrelenting in his mission to make a better world. I think of him frequently with great fondness. Blessings on his loved ones!

Have thought of Ray often these past three years since Paul's death on 1/18/13. I was always so fond of him and loved his sense of humor, kindness and dedication to those who most needed his help. I only learned of his death today when looking through the year's death notices in St. Louis. Since my move to Minneapolis two years ago, so many losses of dear people. My deepest condolences to Lois and the girls and my apologies for lateness.

The family of Sidney Kleg is saddened to learn of Ray's passing. He and Sid were good friends for so many years. I know that my dad helped Ray cross over. And hey, do you think there is a Spiro's in Heaven?

My deepest sympathy to your family. Ray was a wonderful man who shared his passion to all for children and adults with disabilities. He was loved by many and appreciated for his leadership and advocacy. I am so sorry that I was not able to attend the services yesterday.

I first met Ray when I became his secretary in 1963. He was a wonderful, kind and thoughtful boss and I respected him very much. Our paths crossed over the years and we were able to see him again a couple years ago over pizza. I expressed to him then the appreciation from those who could not necessarily speak for themselves to say thank you. God bless you. I am blessed to have known this joyful man. I have all the wonderful memories from those bygone days that I will cherish forever. Thank you. Love to your family Lois.

Thanks be to God for the long and necessary life of Mr. Ray Morganstern, who, in his lifetime accomplished so much for the disabled and compromised. He was a friend and counselor, who adopted our whole family -- a relationship that began for Mr. Morganstern, Lois, Denise, Julie, and my sister, Ann, back at Rainbow Village some 30+ years ago. A fine family man and benefactor to the community. He was definitely one of the good guys.
