My deepest condolences to the family. Rich was a great man and I feel honored that I got to know him. He was such a giving person and the rock for all of our team at work. When I recently had a difficult transition at work, Rich was the first one to call and check in on me. He had a "6th sense" when someone was in need and did everything he could to help, even if it was just a phone call to offer support. He will be greatly missed but never forgotten.

The first time I met Rich we were working a large Job running wires in the main floor and basement. I was struggling on how to and where to place the wholes in the floor in relations to the up stairs...Rich came down stairs and said its simple ( with no arrogance in his voice to the rookie) said drill it here then get up stairs and grap the wire. the job was completed in the next ten min, I Asked rich how he new exactly where drill he sail well rookie see that air vent its the same one you see from above. that was my aha moment. My life has been blesed from knowing you Rick. He and I spent many a night driving and talking about the miserable day we had just had so that we both could leave it at work and go enjoy our family..usually conversation quickly drifted to Rich tell one great story after the other about his kids. Boys He loved you very much and was very proud of you. I hear it from his mouth. personally. saiah 66 12-13

When I think of Rich, one word comes to mind... integrity. Rich was the glue that held our team together. Forever changed from having known you and forever changed by losing you. RIP brother. My most sincere condolences to his wife and sons.

I worked with Rich at Best Buy five years ago. Working mornings in the warehouse, I had the pleasure of working directly with him often prepping his deliveries for the day. He was always very polite and made those early mornings better. He will be missed.

Michelle and boys, please know as your neighbor, even though you barely know me, you can call on me for any help you need. I stood in a visitation line for four, long, hours, this past November, as a sister-in-law, listening to mourners praise the life of my sister's husband, who, also died too young (51) of a heart ailment. I now know how important my role is, as an aunt. And I know this week will be a blur, with the constant attention of family and friends. But when the silence comes, and people stop knocking, I will be across the street more than willing to take the boys around town, to a movie, anything you want. You do not know what you need right now. So I will pray for you and always have my porch light on for you. I, too, see his car in the driveway. And it saddens me as well. Know that I feel your pain, and am sending you prayers of comfort through my bedroom window.

Rich, I am so sorry to see that you have been taken so soon. When I left for New Mexico 15 months ago I had no idea that would be the last time I would see you. Dear Rich, You were always a good man in the eyes of your grandparent-in-laws and to me. You were a hell of a guy, doing and putting up with more than you deserved. You were always the "to go to guy" in my eyes. I am so proud of your sons. It aches me to see them in a spot and age just to young to have to greve. You and Michelle did a great job raising all of them. I will miss you. Most of all, I will remember you. I had some good times with you and Michelle when we still young enough to have them. For all your personal good deeds and words to me, I will cherish those memories. Finally, for the gift of being the husband and father you were to my neice and great-nephews, I thank you. May God be with you, as I beleve you are in a much better place, just there way too young. Richard was one of the best classmates anyone could ask for. He helped me with Algebra when I had a problem. Such an intelligent man. Even though since we didn't keep in touch after school was out, the memories i have of him are quite vivid. God bless you and your family.

My husband, my best friend, I can't sleep knowing you're not in this house with us anymore. I'm trying so hard to hold it together for our children. I never realized all you are to me. You were my rock. You were always beside me through tough times. Now who will hold me up when I have to tell you goodbye in two days. I just can't bear the thought of not being with the man I spent the last 26 years of my life with. I started gathering pics of our life together. We really had some good times didn't we? We raised some amazing boys. I still can't believe my eyes when I see your car in the driveway, still sitting in the same spot it was the day we brought it home for you. It's sits empty waiting for you to get in and drive off. Did you know that Monday would be your last? I can't help but wonder if I didn't see the warning signs that your health might be failing? I'm happy of our last date night out! Although I liked your margarita better than mine! Maybe you knew your time was near? We even went to the show this past week! Those moments I will treasure forever. Your boys are amazing men. They wouldn't be who they are today if it wasn't for you. I always worried we weren't giving them enough life lessons. I was wrong they are strong willed and have stood by my side like just you would do. Thank you for instilling that in them. I love you Rich and always will.
