IN LOVING MEMORY

Wersching, Richard Raymond

Was welcomed into our Lord's loving arms on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. Beloved husband of 60 years to Charlene Wersching (nee Immken); Loving father of Kelly (Jim) Strupp and Rich (Annie) Wersching; Cherished Grandfather of Hannah, Carter and Grant Strupp. Brother of Mary (David) Leake, Alan (Debbie) Wersching and preceded in death by Ronald Wersching, Michael Wersching and Christine Blocker. Brother-in-Law of Mike (June) Immken, Norb (the late Eileen) Immken and Patrick (Christine) Immken. Uncle and Dear Friend to many.

Richard served honorably in the United States Army as Private 1st Class during the Vietnam War. Richard loved to golf, fish, hunt and travel with family and friends. He lived the Best Years of his Life with his Best Friend and Love of his Life, Charlene.

Services: Memorial Visitation at Mary Mother of the Church (Kerth Rd) on Tue. 5/13 from 10:00 AM until mass at 11:00 AM. Burial of cremains at JB National Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Edward J. Auer Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund C/O Roman Catholic Foundation Eastern Missouri. 425 North New Ballas Road, Suite 200, St. Louis, Mo. 63141.
