October 13, 1933 - May 5, 2025
LaMore, Robert Joel passed away peacefully on Monday, May 5, 2025 at the age of 91. Preceded in death by his beloved wife of 52 years, Jenny LaMore; parents Loren and Esther LaMore; sister Patricia (Bob) Otto and great-grandson Owen Burton.
Surviving are his sons, Brad (Margie), Doug (Gina), and Russ (Timi); grandchildren Adam (Maggie), Anna (Peter), Mason, Ainsley, Ginger, Donna, and Mindy; 5 great-grandchildren; and sisters Pam (George) Hamamoto and Penny (Bill) Broderick.
After college and a tour of duty in the army, Bob spent his entire life working at Red LaMore Body Co. in Webster Groves, a business started by his parents. Bob ran the company for decades and enjoyed interacting with the extensive and loyal customer base.
Services: Visitation Saturday, May 17th 9 a.m. until time of service 11 a.m. at Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois. Interment at Sunset Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions appreciated to The Michael J. Fox Parkinson's Foundation or the Jenny LaMore Endowed Scholarship at Central Methodist University, Fayette, MO.
