Suzanne E. Finney

Finney, Suzanne E. Passed away in her home on June 21, 2013, age 85. Beloved wife of Daniel P. Finney Sr. who preceded her in 2008, dear mother of Ann (John) Pillsbury, Daniel P. (Cindy) Finney Jr., Mark (Suzanne) Finney, Suzanne (Tom) Seiff, Patricia Finney, John Finney and late infant daughter Mary Margaret Finney; dear sister of the late Lloyd and Jay Conlon, grandmother of 26 and great grandmother of 4. Suzanne was a graduate of Visitation Academy, Hope College in Holland, Michigan and received a Masters Degree from Washington University. A lifelong resident of Brentwood, Missouri, Suzanne was an elementary school teacher at Saint Mary Magdalen Catholic School for 22 years. Her summers were spent on the beaches of Lake Michigan with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She especially loved her summer cottage in Douglas, Michigan which her father purchased shortly after World War II. Every June, she opened the cottage for her growing family and closed it for the year in September. Services: A memorial mass will be held at Saint Mary Magdalen Church, 2618 Brentwood Blvd. (at Manchester), Brentwood, MO on Sat., July 13 at 10:30 am. Boppchapel.com
