Gwen Knutson Obituary
She was immediately famous on the day she was born. Her mother Carol and maternal grandmother Ella gave birth 10 days apart. Her Aunt Cheryl was born first and then 10 days later Gwen was born. A photo of the four of them and an article was in the Dakota County Tribune.
She was preceded in death by her father (Daddy-O) David Knutson.
Gwen is survived by her mother Carol, brother Troy Knutson (Mary Beth), longtime partner Russ Arrenholz (his sons and their families), aunts, niece and nephews, four Knutson cousins, three Marcell cousins, and her beloved cats Little Momma and Kippy.
Gwen will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and ever present sense of humor. She enjoyed reading and loved being around children. She could be found at the "kid's table" at all family gatherings. Gwen was loved dearly and there will forever be a space in our hearts where she is held.
A private burial was held in Lakeville on August 2, 2025.
