Michael Banks Obituary
Michael was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Mary Louise Banks and Bernice Taylor; brother, Roy "Tiger" Banks and two cousins, John Banks and Duwan Watson.
His memories will be cherished by his beloved wife, Amber Lynn Banks; his mother, Jacqueline Banks and his father, Roy Aultman. Michael will forever be remembered by his beloved children, Marcus Jochumsen, Varsha Fairley, Aleia McDougal, Ariel Smith, Ashton Smith and A'miya Banks; sisters, Charlotte Banks and Emily Star and a host of relatives and friends.
Visitation will be 9-11 a.m. Saturday, December 11, 2010 at First Missionary Baptist Church, Pass Road, Gulfport with funeral service to begin at 11 a.m. Burial will be in Monroe Memorial Park, Canal Rd, Gulfport. Services entrusted to Hartwell's Christian Mortuary, Gulfport.

Why? I hate this! WHY?????
This was such a good friend with a heart of gold. (a mouth full as well) 14 K was an inspiration for me. He helped me to see things by way of seeing the good in people no matter their creed or color. and that I thank you Michael.
I played sports with Michael at Bayou View school and have known him for 20 years. He was the best player on our team. However, I have not been able to see him since 2006, I will always love and will always remember him.
If his mother needs anything I can help with I will. I do not know how to get in touch with her.
To the family:
I am so sorry this happened however, I belive he will ascend to a better place.
I will miss you Michael. You and your family will be in my prayers.

Gone too soon. My prayers are with the whole Banks Family. I will always remember Mike for his fun spirit. He was only best at being himself. May God give you strength and comfort in the time or sorrow. No words can ever replace the loss of any child from any mother. A mothers love is unconditional and truely timeless. My heart goes out to you and your family. words can not express the pain that this has caused but if he was here he wouldnt want us to be sad. He was always happy and made sure everyone around him felt the same. Although he is no longer here with us physically we have many memories to look back on.
