Sadie Cuevas Lassabe, age 93, of Long Beach, passed through the gates of Heaven on Friday, December 21, 2018 into the waiting arms of her Savior Jesus Christ.

"Ms. Sadie" was preceded in death by her father and mother, Oban and Corrine Cuevas; her husband, Fred Lassabe; her brothers, Elder and Odel; her sisters, Mary Easterling, Unice Ladner and Vercy McClemore.

She is survived by her son Rick (Bev) Lassabe; her special nephew, Otis Easterling; and several other nieces and nephews.

Ms. Sadie was a home maker who enjoyed helping others. She volunteered at various food pantries and really enjoyed playing the piano for her church.

At her request, there will be a private interment at a later date. Services by RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 9113 Kiln Delisle Rd., Pass Christian and the online guestbook may be signed at www.riemannfamily.com
