I am so sorry to hear of Bills passing. He was such a blessing to work with during the time we ministered together at the Harrison County Jail. He was a man of great faith and a tremendous minister. He is missed by many. Chaplain Joe Collins

Heaven will be receiving a great man. I have so many fond memories of and with Brother Bill, most of them during the time of Katrina. He really touched the lives and me and my Son Jeremy profoundly. He will forever be in our hearts. My sincere condolences to Alice and the rest of the family! Much love ❤
