He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Bessie Funchess.
He is survived by his daughter: Washanda Seales of Byram, MS; his parents: Georgia Christy-Johnson, W. C. Johnson and Charles Walker; his brother: Derrick Walker of Lancaster, CA; five sisters: YNC Carla (LT Terrance) Campbell of Oxnard, CA, Tara (Reginald) Webster of Dallas, TX, Nikita Christy of Atlanta, GA, Phillis Spaulding of Covington, GA and Josonette Walker of Houston, TX; other relative and friends.
Services will be 11 a.m. Friday, August 14, 2009 at Francis Frederick Community Center, 3312 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. in Gulfport. Visitation will be at the center two hours prior to services time. Burial will follow at Pine Ridge Memorial Park in Gulfport.

Xavier was more than just a friend to me. We once shared the same roof. Even afterwards he remained a active and positive part of mine and my children lives. he was a gentle,sensitive,drama-free & giving person. I know the love he had for us. And knowing that makes me smile boo.. Spread your pretty wings around.R.I.P Xavier.

Xae, never meet a stranger, he always rememberd a face and was a people person. He'll be sadly missed as he touched a lot of hearts and souls. My prayers goes out to his family.

Xavier was more than a friend, but someone who always had a ear to listen to any problem.He watched my son grow up who is now 11yrs.old and my daugther who always new him as "UNCLE XA" The love I have for you as a big brother will never end. But most of all I can't wait to see that warm smile again when we meet in heaven!!!!

I have been a friend of Xavier sinse we were 6 years old. He was always a very sweet and kind natured person. Everytime he smiled he had a twinkle in his eyes and you couldn't help but smile back. Hearing of his death was very heart breaking. My prayers are with all of his family and friends. He will be truely missed.

On behalf of the Dalcour family, our hearts and prayers are with you. Xavier was so awesome and caring. I remember when we were neighbors on Boyd Ave in Gulfport and he used to call me his little sister. Just remember at the end of your life you will never regret not having passed one more test, not winning one more verdict, nor not closing one more deal. You will regret time spent with a husband, a freind, a child, or a parent. We will miss Xavier. God bless!!

I am truly saddened by Xavier's death. Xavier was more than just a friend; he was an amazing person. He was always so kind and considerate to us that we always welcomed seeing him at every opportunity.
His passing will not only leave a void in our lives, but in the hearts of everyone who knew him. Xavier's memory will always remain deep within my heart.

I'm still in shock to hear that my Big brother is gone. Xavier you help me so much when I lived in Villa Del Rey. I love you for the person that you are always willing to listen and offer advice. I have known Xavier for many years and remember the wonderful smile he had and how if you were feeling down his sense of humor and smile would pick you up and just make you feel better. I know you are missing him but as long as you keep Xavier's memory and his legacy alive he will forever live in your hearts and in the hearts of everyone that loves him.
