Bevy was my niece by birth but we were more like sisters. My favorite memories are playing in the back yard with Bevy, hindering Pop-pop as he was working on his roses and teasing Joel. She was the best and had a beautiful sole. She will always be in my heart and mind and I know that she is now without pain and with those that also loved her and waited patiently for Bevy to join them. She was loved.

I met Bev about 14 yrs ago. At the time, my mother lived far away and Bev became a second Mom to me. Some of the advice I listened to and some that I should of but didn't. I'll always remember our Saturday mornings after "The boys" left. This is when I could open my heart and discuss anything that was happening in my life and along with a great cup of coffee, get my weekly advice. Who needed Dear Abby, when I had Dear Bev? You even where there for me when I finally found the one. Even though we never thought that would happen!
Bill and Bev where always so good to my daughter, Cheyenne. Bev was there for me thru out my entire pregnancy. Which I will always be grateful for.
Before I met my husband, I knew that I always had a seat at the Guthrie home.
Bev, no one will ever bake peanut butter balls like you, or keep a house cleanier than Martha Stewart. You where someone very special in my life and I will always be grateful that God sent you to me.
I love you so much and will see you soon,
Love, Serena
