Christopher Lynch Obituary

Lynch, Christopher E of Newport, TN passed away suddenly on Wednesday, October 6, 2010. He was born and raised in Lauderdale Lakes, graduated from St. Thomas Aquinas H.S. in l987 and was employed by U.S. Warranty Corp in Pompano Beach, before relocating to TN in 2006. He was preceded in death by brother William Davis Lynch; is survived by wife Jennifer, daughter Ryely Shae-Davis and 4 stepchildren; parents Bill and Carol Lynch, Bradenton; brother Mickey, wife Debi, nephews Shaun and Billy, nieces Kelly and Kayla (special Goddaughter), Davie; sister Cathy, husband Bob Sanders, nephew Carter, and niece Baylee, St. Petersburg; brother Ryan, wife Jamie and nephew Brady, Sunrise; along with entire Davis/Macek families of Ft Lauderdale. Chris was an excellent athlete who spent many years playing sports in Lauderdale Lakes. He loved softball, golfing and fishing with brothers, sitting with family and friends around firepits on cold nights, but most of all enjoyed watching college football with his sister Cathy and brother Ryan while cheering loudly for the FSU Seminoles, and even louder when they played annual game against UF Gators, his brother Mickey's favorite team! Chris enjoyed Notre Dame football and his love for The Irish stemmed from his father's avid devotion to school and he too could sing their fight song loud enough to "Wake Up The Echoes"! A memorial service will be held for Chris on Friday, October 22, 2010, 12:00 noon at St. Coleman's Catholic Church in Pompano Beach. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in daughter Ryely's name to Educational Trust Fund set up by her grandparents of Bradenton (2731-72nd St. Ct. West, 34209).

My dearest brother Chris,

Now that everyone has said their goodbyes, the hard part begins for the rest of us. I can't begin to understand how you must have felt inside and I wish everyday that I could have done more. I am grateful for the time and memories we had while you lived w/ Bob and I. I still look out the window every morning to see if you car is there (old habits..) I hope that you and Billy are together and there is lots of dance music and FSU football games. I am glad our last conversation ended w/ "I love you". I will miss you more that I can express and Christmas/your birthday will never be the same... Love you, your only sister.

To My Dear Son Chris and to the best present any Mother could ever hope to receive on Christmas Day. You shared a birthday with another very special man and hope that He now welcomes you home into His heavenly kingdom & that you finally find peace with Him for all eternity. My love for you cannot be measured and the hole in my heart will neither fully heal nor fully recover from the loss of your presence here on earth & within our family circle. Looking at the face of your beautiful, red-headed daughter Ryely Shae-Davis will be a constant reminder of you, and I will let her know frequently just how much her 'Papa' loved her. Much Love From Your Mother xoxoxoxo
