Dear Arlene, Paul and Light'n (Larry)
As I write this I remember Edmonds St. Such a short time ago. But also I recall the words of James Whitcomb Riley - "He is not gone, he is just away" - these words have given me comfort several times and I wish they will for you.

God Bless Joe. I still remember when I met the Forte's in 1964 and the lecture my father gave Paul and me before we went over to visit. One of my earliest memories. Always loved Joe's sense of humor and laughter. He's with my dad now having a Manhattan. Just like an American Express card, Dad and Joe never left home without one. God Bless.

Sad to hear of Joe's passing but a life well lived is a thing of beauty. As a program manager for Radiology and other programs I was always using the printing department for special projects that I needed. Joe was always so wonderful to work with and always had a smile. Wonderful guy!

Joe was such a grand member of the Broward Faculty. We had many creative and interesting projects as we grew from 1960 to the 90's! It saddened me when I received an e-mail of his passing. With his personality, God now has a very special angel. My condolences to the family.

Mickey and Sandy - Remember his grin. Joe was one of the first people to welcome me to the college. It makes me smile to think about how he greeted me whenever I saw him at your house. His warmth and cheer still makes me smile - may you always remember this of him.
