Christine, Ashley, and Nico...we are heartbroken at the loss of a young woman who we will always remember as the first person who taught our Kristina how to have a real friend. They taught each other how to continue to share their love over the miles and the years. Von and I are so saddened and all we can do is send you all our love. You have been in our thoughts and we will continue to think of you often.

Never meeting Kitlyn I know her mom, Christine as a mother who also lost her daughter in a car accident my heart if breaking for the pain and heartbreak you feel inside. Just remember all the beautiful things about her talk to her as she still is right near you she will hear you. May G-D give you stregenth to get through this. We may have lost touch over the years, but I still considered Kaitlyn to be a friend. This is the first death I've ever experienced. I am so sorry it had to be Kaitlyn, it was far too soon for her, but this experience has inspired me to live each day as if it were my last and to count my blessings every second or every day. Ferrante and Poulin families, I am so sorry for the loss of you're wonderfully bright daughter, sister, cousin and friend. I don't know what my religion or "faith" is at this point in my life, but one thing I am sure of is that there is a God and that Kaitlyn is at peace.

To the Ferrante family,
I don't know your family or your daughter but I also lost a child, a son, to an accident earlier this year. Only another parent who has gone through this can begin to understand. I cannot stop crying reading about this terrible tragedy and the loss of these two beautiful young women. My heart is broken for you. I wish I could offer you some words of comfort but there really are no words at a time like this, I know this all too well. To the Ferrante Family. Our hearts hurt for the pain you are suffering during your loss of your beautiful daughter Kaitlyn. We only knew her briefly when we went to Lefty's but she was always cheery, smiling and was always nice to us. I am so sorry for your loss Christine, as a Mother, I can never imagine your pain. God Bless your family and Kaitlyn RIP. What a beautiful gift you gave of her today...to donate her heart. Her life lives in a very lucky soul. That was a selfless act you did, and a beautiful one and God will reward you for that. I am so sorry for your loss.

Kaitlyn was the very first little girl to knock on my door when our family moved to Mayfair back in 1999. She along with her sister Ashley and my daughter Rebecca fast became good friends! I have so many memories of the girls playing together, having their little spats and then hugging and playing some more! My first thought of Kaitlyn was that she was a blissfully happy child with an amazing positive energy surrounding her- always smiling and clowning around. I remember her showing up at my door in her pj's ready for a sleepover that she said her Mom approved only to get a phone call from Christine asking "Is Kaitlyn at your house?" I still giggle over some of the stuff we experienced with these amazing children! We moved away in 2008 and lost touch- but looking at all of the wonderful pictures and comments posted on her FB page- it is clear that Kaitlyn stayed true to herself and remained blissfully happy throughout her life. May the memories of this amazing girl surround you and bring you comfort in the passing days. I am so deeply sorry for your loss!

Please accept my deepest condolences. I don't know any of the parties involved however my heart has been broken for you all since I read the story. I'm praying that the Lord will give the victim's mother, family and friends the strength to survive this tragedy. While life as you know it will never be the same, you will get through this! Kaitlyn was always smiling and laughing when I saw her, I didn't know her that well but I know she is incredibly loved and will missed dearly. It is devastating to know that two bright girls who had huge futures are gone but everything happens for a reason and now there are 2 beautiful angels watching over her family and friends. Rest in paradise beautiful! I know you feel the love from up there. You are missed and loved so much.

I only knew Kaitlyn from when she worked at Pizza Time, but she was always very sweet and friendly. She was also friends with my son. My heart and thoughts go out to you. What a senseless tradgedy.
