I first met Kim 8 years ago after she contacted me about selling my house. I remember the day I first met her when she and BJ came over. What a ball of energy, both of them! That was the start of a great relationship. She told me she would be happy to house my Real Estate license whenever I got it, and she did. She had a very good business sense and we would always kick around new ideas. I will miss those conversations. As many times as I had talked to her lately, she NEVER mentioned she was ill. That is why I am in shock at the news of her passing. I guess she tried to stay strong through it all. I will miss you Kim and your laugh. I know that you are better now, forever. God bless you.

I met Kim in Kazakhstan while we were both adopting a baby boy from the same orphanage in a small town named Taraz. We spent a week together with our new sons and it was a pleasure to spend such an unforgettable moment in my life with such an energetic and kind person. Once back home in South Florida, we stayed in touch occasionally and spent some time together at her niece's birthday party about a year ago. But I hadn't heard from her in several months and was stunned to see her picture in Saturday's Obituaries. My wife, son, and I feel very fortunate to have met her because she was genuinely a great person. Our sincere thoughts are with her family and especially, Jake.

I met Kim on the Church steps 10 years ago when I moved to Florida. Her brilliant smile and positive energy glowed...she was always so sweet to me and showed me much of the ropes in my new "homeland" of Florida.

We lost touch over the years except for an occasional kind email and a brief "hello" a few years back...she even called me about playing music for her brother's wedding...

It's odd how you can remember so much good about someone, and how something like this can put "what's important" in perspective...

Thank you once again Kim for teaching me something. I pray you are truly free and glowing with your brilliant smile and soul with the Lord in heaven. With Love and Blessings for you, and your family,

Buddy

Kim helped me get my start in the real estate field. That was the type of person she was. Always helping others. She was so vibrant and energetic. I always enjoyed speaking w/ her about new ideas for real estate business. As a new father, I enjoyed observing the relationship she had w/ her son the few times I had the opportunity. She gave Jake a tremendous opportunity to enjoy life the way a child should. Once again, she was helping another. My thoughts & prayers to her family.

Kimmie,
My precious sister of 25 years--the only comfort for my grieving heart is that I have that day to look forward to when you will greet me with that beautiful smile and that vivacious spirit. Until then, everyday you will be in my heart and on mind.
Love, Sonja
Job 19:25-27 25 "And as for me, I know that my Redeemer lives, And at the last He will take His stand on the earth. 26 "Even after my skin is destroyed, Yet from my flesh I shall see God; 27 Whom I myself shall behold, And whom my eyes shall see....

So sorry to hear of her passing. I saw Kim at World's Gym and we spoke breifly of my new baby to be, as my wife and I were expecting a new baby. It was almost 2 years ago. I had the pleasure of spending time with Kim while I was married to my ex wife Debbi in the early 90's. We shared some dinners together at her mother's house in Coral Ridge. It was great to see her many years later. May she rest in peace with the Lord.
