Sara Horn Obituary

Horn , Sara , age 65, passed away suddenly on April 28, 2007, at her home. Sara is survived by her husband, Clyde and children, Allen, Jerry, Julia, Lisa; and granddaughter-to-be Addison Sara Horn all of Fort Lauderdale; brother, David (Evelyn) Hackney of Sebring and sister, Marthan (Raymond) Moore of Fort Lauderdale, and many loving nieces and nephews. We will all miss her. Sara was a native of Fort Lauderdale and a graduate of Fort Lauderdale High School. She was a very active member of the Tarpon River Civic Association and had served on many committees and boards for the City of Fort Lauderdale. Her community activism on all levels helped to make her neighborhood and the City of Fort Lauderdale a better place to live. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 4, 2007, at 7:00 pm at Trinity Lutheran Church, 11 SW 11th Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Humane Society of Broward County or the American Heart Association.
