Brian Lee Keith, 48 of Muldrow, Oklahoma died August 19, 2021 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Graveside Service will be 10:00 AM Monday at Lee's Chapel Cemetery - Muldrow, Oklahoma under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He is survived by 4 sons: Christopher, Tyler, Justin and Shane; 1 daughter: MaKayla; father: E.J. Keith and Shannon of Muldrow, OK; mother: Kathy Keith of Muldrow, OK; 4 brothers: Jeff Keith of Muldrow, OK, Darren Keith of Muldrow, OK, Josh Woodrome of Fort Smith, AR and Cody Woodrome of San Diego, CA; 3 sisters: Angel Keith of Muldrow, OK, Ericca Keith of Muldrow, OK and Danielle Chandler of Oceanside, CA;
Viewing will be 4 - 8 PM Saturday and 2 - 8 PM Sunday at Agent Mallory Martin Chapel in Muldrow, OK.
