Emily Hart Obituary
Mrs. Emily Swearingen Hart, age 88, a native of Pine Hill, Alabama, passed away at her home in Chattahoochee, Florida, Saturday, September 24, 2011, after a lengthy illness. She was a Homemaker and a member of the First United Methodist Church in Chattahoochee. She settled in Chattahoochee in 1973, coming from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Emily was a member of the Chattahoochee Womens Club and a member of the American Legion Auxillary of Chattahoochee.
She is survived by two sons, George L. Hart of Haymarket, Virginia and Frank C. Hart of Tallahassee, Florida; a brother, Harold E. Swearingen of Pine Hill, Alabama; also three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will take place from 6:00 till 8:00 PM EDT, Wednesday, September 28, 2011, at Lanier-Andler Funeral Home in Sneads, Florida. Funeral Services will commence Thursday, September 29, 2011, 10:00 AM EDT, at the First United Methodist Church in Chattahoochee, Florida, with Rev. Mike Hutcherson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to the First United Methodist Church, 18 W. Marion Street, Chattahoochee, FL 32324 or Chattahoochee Public Library, 300 Maple St., Chattahoochee, FL 32324.
Lanier-Andler Funeral Home of Sneads, Florida is in charge of arrangements, 850-663-4343 or 850-593-9900.

It was such a pleasure to be neighbors with Captain and Emily Hart for 15 years. He was her life. He was a one of a kind person. He depended on her and her on him. Now they are once more together forever... God bless the memory of our dear friends...
