My,Dear sister it's been 30 days today since you passed away. It seem as if was just yesterday when we lasted talked. This is so hard, not having you here to call on when, I am going through, it was you who I confided in more that anyone else when I was hurting, I know whatever I shared with you stayed with you. I am praying that the pain will get easier and the fog I feel as if I am in will lift. I know God Loved you best and called you to eternal rest and I know God is gonna give me the strength to get through your loss, but I will never get over missing you my dear sister. Glynis I miss you so, so much, but I loved you even more. The dead in Christ will rise first and I pray to be there so our spirit will connect once again. Gone to soon!!!
Love, your sister Cynthia Yvonne Turner-Gaymon

Ma,it's your peanut head baby coming to express my condolenses on your page. Ma, it gives me great pleasure to know that i was raised by someone as elegant and strong as you! Each day i have to return home knowing that a valuable link to our family chain has been broken. No tears can explain how it feels to lose a Mother especially one of your calibur. We all are strong because you have instilled in us to be strong, and never lose faith in God. Ma, i'm going to go back to school and continue to make you proud....i love you but God loves you Best!!!

As I read the comments of those who love you I know you will live on in our hearts just as Jesus lives in us.
You made deposits along the way.
They were seeds from the Seed of God for you had a relationship with Him.
He knew and loved you first and this truth you knew.
You loved Him with all you could give through the pain and the suffering.
I know a crown waits for you for you fought the good fight of faith.
You wanted to give all your testimony.
Your life was your testimony.
And so was the love and marriage you and Ralph shared.
A man of God for a woman of God.
All was predestined.
As I promised, I will never let your hand go until we are together again.
I feel your spirit just as my heart felt you slip away.
Sleep in Jesus sweet angel until He wakes you with a new body and a new name...Aunt Patty Ann

When I got the news at work, I immediately dropped everything and left. I truly didnt want to face the reality because of the high hopes I had of a speedy recovery. He knew what was best! God had truly pricked my heart when he decided to call you to be home with him. As the days went on I tried my best to avoid all cost of seeing Saturday morning at 11AM. I just knew it was all a dream, or maybe even i was in a coma and my brain was just going through the motions. Since then, I've had to drag myself out of bed because besides God, my confidant on Earth was you Auntie. I appreciate all the prayers and advice you gave me throughout the years. Although I am striving to be that Nurse that always wanted to have the pleasure of taking care of any one of my family members at any given moment, Nicole beat me to the punch! Ralph has always been there and as Meka said is the epitome of what a REAL HUSBAND should be. I know it is more harder on him than any of us! Day in and Day out caring for their mother, his wife, my aunt while we continued on to do our daily tasks. I really will miss you! Even as I am sitting here typing this, I'm accepting the reality that you are no longer here physically, but you are here in my heart and your memories will be forever burned in my mind!

"Ma" there are no words to express the void I feel in my life since you left me. Everyday I'm awaken to the very thought of you and an overwhelming desire just to be in your presence once again. I'm more than sadden by your absence from my life, but I understand that you had to leave. I do possess a sense of peace knowing that you were a true woman of God and your faith was beyond strong until the very end. I watched you fight and endure like a good soldier for many years and it is your legacy that will help me, along with the strength of Christ to make it through these hard long days ahead. I'm honored to have had you as my mother; you were unbelievably strong, loving, patient, kind and the twinkle in my eye. I'm going to miss our conversations, especially the spiritually filled ones. Mokie, Nicole and myself will make sure that we look out for Ralph, because he deserves nothing but the best, because he gave you nothing short of that. Your girls will continue to build a bond that's built off of the strength of your love. We will also continue to make certain that your grandchildren are taken care of and have good lives. Lastly, I will take care of your beloved son-in-law, Carlos as you instructed of me when you were in the hospital. I'm going to do my best to continue to make you proud of me, because that's exactly what you deserve. I miss you "Ma" and I'm glad I was able to confess my love to you and for you while you were here. Sleep peacefully my sweet angel, I will love until infinity and I look forward to meeting you again beyond the sky!!!! P.S. By Jesus stripes, you are healed;-)

You were more than my baby sister, You were my best friend and praying partner. I know you prayed for me when I was too weak to pray for myself. I'm gonna miss our daily phone calls and spiritual advise. I asked the Lord how am I to gone on, He replied you don't have to go anywhere, just stay with me through every tear, moment of sadness, weakness, unbearable pain and silent time, Your Angel is on the way, keep being obedient and abiding in my word, before the loss of your earthly Angel, Glynis, stay with me, my child and I'll keep you like, I kept her all her life. Rest in peace, my dear baby sister and I will see you, when the dead in Christ rise first, our spirit will reconnect.

My heart's still active in sadness
And secret tears still flow
What it meant to lose you
No one can ever know.
But now I know you want us
To mourn for you no more
To remember all the happy times
Life still has much in store.
