Dear Martha, Stephanie, John, and Randy,

We are saddened at the news of John's death. It's so difficult to say goodbye to those we love. But, it is more difficult to see them suffering each day. Your husband/father had a powerful influence on so many. Our love and prayers are with you.

Ms. Wheeler and Stephanie: Over the years, I have often thought of the positive influence your family had on my early years. And, Mr. Wheeler was so kind and loving and shared so much of his faith with others, including me, that his influence continues even today. I will never forget him and will cherish the memories always. Please know that all of you are in my thoughts and prayers and I love you always. Cheryl

Dear Tim & Stephanie & family,

Our prayers continue to be with you during this time. As I heard the news I am reminded of my dad's death and I remember how difficult it was to breath before the service. But one of my dearest friends hugged me and that hug must have pushed the air back into me. I wish I could be there today and tomorrow to help you breath but since I can't, I'm asking God too. Thanking God for godly fathers like mine and yours.

We are saddened at the loss of Mr. John. We shall always cherish the fond memories we have of him and Ms. Martha. I especially remember the year when we went to the Bahamas and stayed in their home, on the way to pick Ms. Martha up and take her with us. The time spent was so valuable. The love of OUR LORD beamed throughout their home. We just appreciate being friends with them and the family, especially Stephanie and Tim,who we love so dearly. The love of her father, John, and her Heavenly Father is a shone all around the world. We wish we could be with all of you in person, but we are with you in Spirit and Love. May you have the peace that passes all understanding during this time. We love you.

How sad a day when we loose the people we love the most! My brain can't wrap itself around the fact that every one of us is born to die....but it does give me comfort to know I will see my loves ones again. I pray for peace for John and Becky, my dear friends. I love them dearly and know they will see John's Dad again one day. God Bless you and your family!

The Wheeler family have been special frienda since we became neighbors in 1967. We are saddened by your loss, but, as you, we know that John is with our Lord, and in that , we rejoice.

A little aside, something I always remember when I think of John and his many kindneses to us.While I was racing back in the seventies I needed a set of wheels for the car,John offered to buy them for me though he would receive no benifit from the gesture.Though I declined the offer, it was it was an example of his williness to help others.
