Michael Jones McBride Mr. Michael Jones McBride, age 55, of Tallahassee, Florida passed away March 19, 2009. He was born August 18, 1953 in Nashville, Tennessee to Jesse McBride and Janelle DePasquo McBride. Mr. McBride was a resident of Tallahassee. He was a Honorable Soldier of the United States Marine Corps, and artist. He was owner and operator of Finishing Touch Construction Company in Tallhassee, Florida. He loved woodworking, collecting antiques and tools, reading and being around family and friends. Best of all Mike McBride was known as a loving husband, father, grandfather and a Great friend to all. Mr. McBride was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jesse McBride and Janelle DePasquo McBride and one brother, Steven McBride. Mr. McBride is survived by his wife, Kathy McBride; one son, Michael Cain McBride; two daughters, Katie Lauren McBride and Octavia Swann; one grandson, Chase Collins; three brothers, Skipper, Timothy and Tony McBride. A time of visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. EDT Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel; 230 Park Avenue DeFuniak Springs, Florida. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. EDT Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Clary-Glenn Funeral Home Chapel (850-892-2511), with Reverend Richard Murray officiating. Burial will follow in the Otter Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery in Ponce De Leon, Florida with Military Honors. Floral arrangements are being accepted.
