We learnt of Dr Waldman´s passing only today when we sought to make an appointment at his office and are grief-stricken after hearing that he is no more. Dr Waldman was our dentist for many years and we were particularly proud of being his patients. He was a master of his craft and a thorough gentleman. We loved exchanging notes about our kids and talking about his love of football. Dr Waldman will be thoroughly missed and we wish to convey to his family our deepest and heartfelt condolences. We owe our teeth-laden smiles to him. May he rest in Eternal Peace.
With our deepest regards,

I learned of Dr. Waldman's passing today. He was my dentist for many years. As someone who had developed a little dental-phobia, finding Dr. Waldman was a blessing to me. He demonstrated so much care with his patients, that you just had to trust him. I loved hearing stories about his family, which he was so clearly devoted to. As I read here about how he has touched so many lives, I am not surprised. We've lost a gem.

I was at his office the day he first saw the doctor for stomach pain and returned later when he received the news of cancer. Afterwards we talked a lot of God and prayer- He said his wife was his prayer warrior. He was intrigued by my ability to homeschool 4 children-he was a very proud father of 5 and shared many stories of his own. His favorite was teaching (over the phone) his adult very educated son in LV to check in the oil. I loved that he was a conservative dentist. But in the last few months, I learned about his generous heart and his participation in CESC. He was a good man.

I was at his office the day he first saw the doctor for stomach pain and returned later when he received the news of cancer. I saw him a couple more times during this fight and we talked a lot of God and prayer- He said his wife was his prayer warrior. He was always intrigued by my ability to homeschool four children-he was a very proud father of five and always shared many stories of his own. His favorite was teaching his adult very educated son in LV to check in the oil over the phone. He was a conservative dentist, which I loved about him!! But in the last few months he was alive, I learned about his generous heart and participation with Connecting Everyone with Second Chances— a dental program at the Kearney Center. He was a good man.

I thoroughly enjoyed the contacts I had with Neal Waldman. I mostly knew him through his dentistry, but at times I would just stop by his office and chat a bit. We would have long talks about animals, life and history and occasionally Jungian psychology. I regret that we never found quite enough time to know each other in a more social and personal way. My deepest sympathies to his wife Christine, who I met just once, and his children and family.

Dr. Waldman was a Treasure! He was my dentist for many years, until earlier in the year, I was told he was on medical leave .
The last time I saw him, I heard his voice before I saw him, which always made me smile. He would always greet by asking, "so how are you my dear", then "let's take a look". He will always be a Treasure.
