I consider myself a close friend to his daughter, Christine. Her's and my life seem to parallel each others. My Dad passed 7 months ago tomorrow. (5/29) We both would "compare notes" of our WWII Dad's. I believe WWII was the BEST generation...and THEY were part of that! I love you Christine and am proud to call you my friend. God Bless You and your Family at this time of sorrow.Call me if you need to vent!.....I know all about Dad's and their little girls! And your Dad was a lot like mine!

I worked with Dr. Steeb in 1977-79 at DOE in the Collins Bldg. I was a young secretary just beginning my career. I remember Dr. Steeb well, he was always very kind. My prayers go out to the family.
