Bill Velasco Obituary

VELASCO, Bill, 84, of Stockbridge, Ga., died Sunday, May 1, 2005. He was born in Tampa to Enrique and Anna Maria Perez Velasco. He served our country during World War II with the United States Navy. He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Gerald) Wread of Stockbridge, Ga.; son, Bill (Petra) Velasco of Centerville, Va.; brother, Albert (Ida) Velasco of Holmes Beach, Fla.; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Chattanooga National Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, May 3, at the funeral home.
