Edith MESSNER Obituary
February 26, 2010. Born
August 1, 1921, in Williams-port, Pa., she was the daughter of Dawson and Geraldine Fiester Corson. She graduated in 1941 from Hepburn High School in Pennsylvania. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, crocheting and cross-stitching. She and her husband, Daniel A., were married for 54 years. He preceded her in death December 30, 1995. Edith was also predeceased by her granddaughter, Kristy L. Diaz, who died May 23, 2009. Survivors include her son, Lawrence M., and his wife, Linda; son, Gerald R. and his wife, JoAnn; son, Timothy M. and his wife, Donna; nine grandchildren;
15 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grand-children. She loved her grandchildren very much. A private family gravesite service will take place at 3 p.m. Thursday, March 11, 2010.

Grand-Ma, little Danny here, just to tell you that I Love You, and that you will be missed. I have a feeling that Big Danny, my Grand-Pa, is at heavens gate and has been waiting for you. And I'd bet that he has built a great big house for the two of you to spend forever in. I know my sister Kristy is also there waiting on you, with all the Love and Joy that she has always had. May we all have loved ones waiting on us, for we all want to go to heaven, just not right now. But God's time is the best time. And I'll see you again. Love "Little" Danny.
