I met Geoff in 4th or 5th grade and we became good friends. Geoff was a very intelligent and talented guy who loved music and theater. He was someone who actually achieved the "American dream", through hard work and raising himself out of growing up poor to achieve success in the tech industry , long before the tech industry was "cool". Geoff and I stayed in touch through his life. He is missed by many.

As the Clearwater High School Class of 1975 prepares to meet for our 50th reunion, I was so sad to hear of Jeff's passing. We were in nearly every class together across three years of junior high school and I remember him as well liked. I am so sorry to not only learn of his passing but the circumstances. May he rest in peace and we will remember him as a valued member of our school days in Clearwater. Rest in peace, Jeff.

Well this is a sad reality. We all knew he was someone very special & I only knew him a brief time. I can only shake my head & know there is someplace else that brings us the beauty that life is. And it is so beautiful. To all I grew up with I send you love, thank you for posting pictures, a time so long ago. God Bless You Geoffrey for touching my life & giving me a great lesson in life. I will never forget you.

I'm deeply sorry for your loss. I had the privilege of working with Geoffrey at Hyperion for many years. He was a fantastic leader and I learned so much from him about career and life through our talks. I'm very saddened from the news of his passing and regret losing touch years ago.
Geoff is top right and I am just below him on his left.

My memories of Geoff from Middle School and High School are so wonderful... Here is a group shot of us... Of course these are just a few friends and not the entire group. I am not sure of the year and I'd say around 1974. Anyone know for sure???
