JACK YOU WERE ALLWAYS STANDING TALL, NOT ONLY IN STATURE BUT ALSO IN YOUR CHARACTER AND YOUR WORD. WE BELIEVE THAT YOU WERE AT EASE WITH COWBOYS OR KINGS,ENJOYED RODEOS OR OPERAS AND YOU WERE A WONDERFUL FRIEND. OUR SORROW RUNS DEEP FOR YOUR FAMILYS LOSS. HOWEVER WE FEEL A MAN AS GOOD AS YOU IS PAST THE PEARLY GATES AND LEFT ST PETER SMILING, WENT STRAIGHT TO OUR HEAVENLY FATHER STUCK OUT THAT BIG OLE HAM OF A HAND INTRODUCED YOURSELF AND HAD GOOD LAUGH WITH YOUR FRIEND THE LORD. WE CAN ONLY SEE YOU IN OUR MEMORIES BUT YOU WILL ALWAYS BE WITH YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WE ARE PRIVILEGED TO KNOW YOU.

My deepest sympathies to Jack's family. Jack was a part of my life for a good number of years, and always looked out for me when I was a kid. I didn't always appreciate that fact back then, but looking back now, I will never forget it. Later in life, Jack and I shared a bond over my passion for collecting World War Two military relics. He always enjoyed seeing my latest acquisitions, and I loved reuniting an old Marine with the weapons and gear he remembered so well... R.I.P. Jack, and thanks for being there back then.

Dear Pop Pop,
You have always been such a ray of sunshine to me. You possessed a special charisma and sincerity that made people gravitate toward you. You were such a good provider and hard worker, with tenacity and integrity. Many of the luxuries and experiences that I grew up with, were because of the security and foundation that you provided for our family. You were also a big kid at heart, and knew the importance of enjoying the pleasures in life. You were never too big to stop loving Mickey Mouse or the bright lights of Vegas. Animals and children always adored and gravitated toward you. You always took the time to make everyone, no matter how big or small feel special. I have fond memories of fishing on the dock with you, and watching the redfish swim under your dock lights. We have had lots of special times together, until the very end, that I will always cherish. I feel so lucky and proud to have had you for my grandfather. Thank you for all that you have done for Jayden and I.
Love, "your Meggie"
