I imagine Miranda is a young lady now, and Donna, her mom, remains as beautiful as ever. John Matthew's death was doubtless the hardest for them.
I was touched by Diego Maggio's tribute to JM in the recent class on CranioSacral Therapy for Depression, Loss, and Grief. As I understand it, John Matthew "steered the ship" through some turbulent waters. As a longtime "Uppie," I am surely glad he did.

My buddy John,
How I missed him and his fun party presence at the Dura this year. I was so impressed how the conference kept honoring he and his wonderful father. They both are key personal figures in my life and I miss them so !

Loosing a friend so young is hard to digest. I feel so grateful to JM and Dr. John, for making it possible for me to be involved in the Bio-Aquatic Dolphin program in the Bahamas. Those years were full of excitement, healing, and discovery, and my life has ever been changed from those and other UI experiences.
JM, you will always be remembered for the change you created in the world.

As a practitioner of CST, I was very sorry to learn of the passing of John Mathew Upledger. My profound condolences to the family. I've so enjoyed his interviews over the years in both Massage Magazine and on YouTube. His graceful and intelligent represtation of our work, and his sense of humor were so enjoyable and sweet. Love to you all. His legacy continues.

I am in Germany now, where I came to TA a class and then to visit friends. JM's death is the exact same date, May 21, as that of my stepson. I will ever hold both of them in my heart and remember each with gratitude and affection for the gift their lives were and the light each brought to the world.
Donna and Miranda, you are not alone. Know that, and FEEL it. So many of us all around the world hold you in our love and share the sadness that comes with loss.
God bless, Linda Foster Bradak

My condolences to his family. When Dr.John E. Upledger moved his family to
Clearwater, Fl & lived in Harbor Oaks, not only were they neighbors & some of my family would look after them, but Dr.Upledger became our family doctor.
